This post has all comments screened; anonymous, sans-IP comments are enabled. This character here is Mahiru Koizumi from the video game Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. Originally released in Japanese on July 26, 2012, the murder mystery game was a sensitive subject in English-speaking fandom communities for a long time, with multiple disparate unofficial partial translations. Feel free to opt-out of tagging with this character, roleplay incorporating spoilers, or roleplay incorporating spoilers past a specific canon point. I will be using the NISA official release for all romanization and terminology though incorporating Japanese honorifics and name order in appropriate contexts.

FORMAT: I am in full favor of backtagging as in continuing to tag a thread over a long period of time. I enjoy having a coherent timeline with resolved threads and will be proactive about contacting you if I feel a non-backtagged resolution is necessary. I enjoy threadhopping with coordination. I am not okay with fourthwalling of any kind. I have a strong preference for prose over brackets; please do not feel pressure to match format yourself.
SUBJECTS: Please do not make any jokes about the investment in nails, especially involving Mahiru's sexual orientation. Where crucifixion, impalement, and other types of hole generation are concerned, please discuss them with me as part of the outcome-oriented coordination that should accompany a violent situation.

AFFECTION: Mahiru is not accustomed to physical affection and believes it is best suited for private circumstances. She is especially uncomfortable with undue physical fraternization between males and females, viewing this as inherently sexual and unwelcome. However, she does not believe in violence and will only react with negative verbalization, reserving even so much as a slap for an extreme case like a forced kiss. When circumstances make it clear that there is no ill will involved one can avoid an adverse reaction on her part; this is possible within a short period of acquaintance, especially for women. I interpret Mahiru as a lesbian. I am open to the concept of a romantic relationship with a female character of appropriate age, this naturally having case-by-case interpretations in the realm of fiction.
VIOLENCE: In accordance with the above principles, Mahiru is reluctant to start physical fights, though depending on the circumstances she may be able to finish them as does a lady like that one Aristocat. Please coordinate closely with me in an outcome-oriented manner. While injury may or may not be okay, I am by and large open to Mahiru dying, with or without resurrection.
MENTAL: Mind reading is completely okay as long as it is indicated in some way, especially necessary because I occasionally indulge in an introspection-free writing style that conveys only the currently visible. There may also be spoilers in Mahiru's mind. Please coordinate with me closely for outright mental manipulation.
